Boomerang is authorized to offer California LifeLine, a government assistance program for qualified California residents. If you remove your enTouch Wireless handset from your home, other family members in your household may not be able to reach 911 emergency services. PROMOTIONAL OFFER SUBJECT TO ELIGIBILITY FOR AFFORDABLE CONNECTIVITY PROGRAM (ACP) AND LIFELINE. Promotional FREE service and/or phone offers are subject to eligibility for ACP monthly service discount benefit. ACP is a federal government program operated by the FCC. Eligibility is based on income less than or equal to 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines or participation in Lifeline, Medicaid, SNAP, WIC, free or reduced-price school lunch/breakfast, or Pell Grant and is determined by the National Verifier (documentation may be required). An eligible household is limited to one monthly service discount and a single one-time device discount. Connected device benefits require a co-pay of at least $10.01 plus tax and fees where applicable. Monthly service benefits may be transferred to another provider subject to applicable regulatory restrictions. When the ACP ends or your household is no longer eligible, customers will be subject to our regular undiscounted rates. Lower speeds may affect audio and video streaming, access to certain websites and content, or the use of applications. Plans including Unlimited Data may be placed on hold to confirm data usage complies with our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) when the threshold outlined in the service plan details has been met. Customers using data consistent with AUP may receive unlimited additional data in 500MB increments for the rest of the month by contacting Customer Care at (866) 488-8719.
